14-day returns
Changed your mind? You can return your LUMÉA within 14 days of delivery, no reason needed. Email us at businesshub1013@gmail.com with your order number and we'll send you the return instructions. Returns are free.

Please send the product back complete, with all accessories and, where possible, in its original packaging. If a product has been used beyond what's needed to try it, we may deduct for the reduced value, as EU law allows.

Refunds
We refund you to your original payment method within 14 days of receiving your return (or proof that you've sent it).

Arrived damaged or not working?
Send us a photo or short video within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement or refund you. No return needed.

2-year guarantee
If your LUMÉA stops working because of a defect within 2 years of delivery, we'll repair, replace or refund it. This doesn't affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

LUMÉA products are cosmetic wellness devices and are not medical devices.
